With AID India, Akanksha
has commenced a two-year, large educational project
in the villages of Kanchipuram district. The program,
inaugurated on August 15th 2005, covers 60 villages
and more than 7000 children. The project aims to
introduce joyful learning in the classroom through
teacher training, classroom demonstrations, science
fairs, math kits, etc.
This is a 3 year project which Akanksha will
support for the first 2 years.
