Responsibilities
Curriculum development for The School Project – std 4 to 7
Ideating on the outline for quarterly modules for various standards to adhere to objectives set
Fleshing out and detailing the session outlines with examples and teacher aids
Training and Support to School Art teachers
Conducting trainings to ensure that teachers are comfortable with the modules created
Getting quarterly feedback from teachers on the modules
Making changes in the modules and training as per feedback received
Monthly visits to each school
Management of Design classes
Selection and recruitment of new children for design class
Ensuring that attendance, conveyance, and incentives are being tracked on a monthly basis
Following up on and taking a call on dropouts
Running a design class
Training for Art in centers
Providing support and training to center teachers to execute module created for centers
Art Workshops
Managing and looking into art workshops for children and adults
Design and training for the workshops
Art Products
Creating an education line of products which involve learning and art techniques – similar to the art kits
Special Events
Art Fest
Events for centers
Launching of new lines of products for the shop
Workshops
Qualifications
Experience in teaching art / developing curriculum
Strong aesthetic sense and level of creativity
Ability to work with and nurture young people
Strong communication skills
