    Sachin Charvadhi, 8


    Sachin Charvadhi, 8, goes to Sind Model English School and is in class two. He has been with Akanksha for 2 years now

    Sachin comes from Mariamma Nagar. He lives with his parents and an older sister and a younger brother. He enjoys being in the middle. Both his parents work and go to “office”.

    Rupa Didi says that his foundation is very strong. It is easier for him to pick up in class. He is extremely shy. His confidence needs to be built up. He is very aware of his values. He really enjoys come to Akanksha and has a good time here.

    Sachin remembers a day when his entire class had visited the Akanksha office. He did some dream drawing over there. That has been his best day at Akanksha so far.

    He is very proud of the fact that he brings home vegetables for his mother everyday. He is in charge of buying it every single day.

     


     


    Shraddha Sundur Gaikwad, 9


    Shraddha Sundur Gaikwad, 9, goes to St Columbia High School and is in class 4. This will be her 3rd year with Akanksha.

    Shraddha comes from Forgett Street. She lives with her mother, grandmother, aunt and uncle and younger Her mother does housework.

    Rupa didi says that she is very confident girl and picks up amazingly fast. She will ask questions on her own, which feels really good. She enjoys coming to Akanksha very much and definitely has a good time. Without being told she said how it is important to learn English because for interviews people always talk in English.

    Shraddha remembers the day when Didi took her to the zoo. She saw many animals including tiger, lion, monkey, fox and peacocks both white and colored. Didi taught them about how they should care about animals. She feels proud when she helps Didi by bringing pencils.
