Operation Khazana

‘Operation Khazana” (2003), Akanksha and Indicorp’s first musical, was performed by 150  Akanksha children. An original script, Operation Khazana took a group of Akanksha kids on a mystical search for treasure to 'save' their Akanksha centre. The message – we often spend our whole lives in search for an external treasure only to realize that the treasure is within us and the people around us.

Here’s what our audience had to say:

It brought home the message very clearly that true wealth is within each of
us and not in the external symbols of wealth and position.
Bravo!! Well done!!

What I liked most about the show was its thorough professionalism. It was
not a half-hearted attempt and no corners were cut in the quality of the
sets and costumes. The choreography was complex and demanding and there was
no condescension towards the children. The result? A show which allowed the
children to explore their creative talents and which provided no-compromise
entertainment to the audience.

1. The play was fantastic.
2. The message was brilliant.
3. The treasure within lies in 5 million kids in Bombay.
4. If the 15 million in Bombay realise this India will be the next superpower.
5. "Tomorrow's Gold" will not be an asset that can be weighed or measured, but the treasure that lies hidden in our hearts.
I think all of you did a fantastic job, I am sure it will make the world a better place to live in.
