Roles and Responsibilities- Admin

1) Data and MIS Management at School Level:

a. Student Information on admissions, attendance, drop out and assessment scores
b. Teacher Information on attendance and contact details
c. Submit monthly attendance to HR in the Akanksha Office

2) Management of bills/resources for school /government:

a. All bill management and budget maintenance
b. Mid day meal bills and reports
c. Prepare and maintain registers- (student and teacher) daily and monthly
d. Maintain GR record for new admissions in June
e. Procure quotations for approval of jobs such as painting, Xeroxing etc
f. Maintain resources to be shared by the teacher
g. Type/Print timetables, question papers, and circulars

3) School Administration Management:

a. Organize and help with the field trips
b. Purchase and maintain stock of materials used in school e.g. classroom material, cleaning material, Xeroxing
c. Cleanliness management
d. Manage helper schedule
e. Library management ( wherever there is a library)

4) Government Relations:

a. Identify and maintain relations with committees and institutions in the building
b. Attend meetings in the absence of the social worker

• Graduate in any discipline
• Good interpersonal skills
• Organized and methodical
• Ability to network with a variety of people
• Good command over Marathi
• Proficient with MS office
