Akanksha identified schools which were directly
or indirectly impacted by the tsunami, especially
in the interior areas. The school renovation project
aims to help the school become a safe and secure
haven for the child.
In this project Akanksha worked with 8 schools
in the Nagapattinam district. The schools are:

3. New Star Nursery and Primary School
4. Splendid Nursery and Primary School
5. Nagavarai Thodakkapalli, Vedanayakanchetti
