With Suyam, Akanksha ran two summer camps at Akkaraipettai
in Nagapattinam and Karaikal in Pondicherry. Around
150 children attended the camps for 4 weeks.
Akanksha Mumbai teachers Anjali and Avan spent
a week at Akkaraipettai and conducted a variety
of activities for the children. They also painted
the classrooms of government school the neighbouring
village - Kallar along with the local children.
